The security alert said that the security attacker is someone who was (or is) in Grand Ledge, Michigan at the time, and have a Samsung phone, with Verizon as their service. If you think you know who could’ve hacked my profile, please report them via the Possible Hack Report Form.
@verizon needs to fix the network. My phone has had one damn bar of service all day. And the constant “failed to send messages” is annoying me. Thank goodness for my @ATT internet to save the day.

@Verizon your tech picked up my 5g home internet equipment and I have an email confirmation but yet I’m being billed for the equipment and threatened with being reported to the credit bureau. I’ve spoken with at least 8 of your reps with no resolution. Terrible service!

@Verizon your service in the last 24 hours has been nothing short of disappointing. I have lost home internet and cellular data and no one can explain why. No one will call me and help me troubleshoot my issue.

Verizon service sucks or they sell phones that can't pick up a signal more than a foot away or both. The one thing they are good at is saying "there is nothing wrong with our signal."
To find out if you're affected by a Verizon outage today, sign in to My Verizon: If we're aware of a network outage in your area, you'll see a Network Notification alert at the top of your screen.
If you only have issues with one specific Wi-Fi network, then the issue is with that Wi-Fi access point, not your device. When all else fails, try unplugging the router and modem for about 60 seconds, to reset them, then plug them back in. This will reset them with the ISP and may fix the problem.
Verizon appears to be making a comeback after some dark quarters in the postpaid realm, but its prepaid division is still in a state of disarray. Verizon reported a net loss of 289,000 prepaid customers in the fourth quarter 2023, which was worse than the 175,000 losses in the year-ago quarter.

The net losses in Verizon's consumer postpaid division continue to improve – only 8,000 phone net losses in Q2 2024 compared to the loss of 136,000 in the prior quarter – but prepaid net losses of 624,000 were much worse than analysts anticipated.
The telecom operator said its consumer business lost 624,000 wireless retail prepaid subscribers in the second quarter, blaming the end of the COVID-era Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) in May for more than half of the losses.
The main culprit for Verizon's top line was a decline in wireless equipment revenue. This resulted from postpaid upgrades falling by 17.9% from the prior-year period. The issues for Verizon trickled down to its bottom line as well.
