If you have monopoly is the field you should face consequences if you violate. Just because something is on YouTube I don't say that is what YouTube thinks. They are just a platfm

@Verizon your tech picked up my 5g home internet equipment and I have an email confirmation but yet I’m being billed for the equipment and threatened with being reported to the credit bureau. I’ve spoken with at least 8 of your reps with no resolution. Terrible service!

@Verizon your service in the last 24 hours has been nothing short of disappointing. I have lost home internet and cellular data and no one can explain why. No one will call me and help me troubleshoot my issue.

Verizon service sucks or they sell phones that can't pick up a signal more than a foot away or both. The one thing they are good at is saying "there is nothing wrong with our signal."

@dissectmarkets @Verizon Wrong. They are broke. Spent WAY to much on spectrum they will never use. 5g is a joke. Millimeter ways are not feasible to 95% of America. It’s laser disc and beta max all in one.

In 2021,T-mobile spent $2.2 billion on advertising, Verizon $3.4 billion ranking among the top 10 largest advertisers and AT&T $3.5B, so if @dishwireless want's to really compete will they have to invest more so building the network may be the cheapest part of the equation.

Both @VerizonSupport and @ups were very quick to reach out on DM to say that there was nothing they could do to fix this situation. I have to wait a week before they can even reorder the @Apple iPhone for me. Complete #fail on all sides.

@VerizonSupport 5G is a mess. Roll back to LTE. Speeds and reliability were much, much better. My worst day is when I actually see UW next to 5G. Oh man that’s slow. Brutal watching it.
